Member Rewards Program

Earn points when you shop and redeem them for savings on future purchases. Member point redemption may be combined with one eligible promotional coupon, subject to the applicable order minimums, product restrictions, and coupon terms.
$1 = 1 Point Earn 1 point for every eligible $1 spent.
100 Points = $1 Redeem points toward eligible purchases.
300 Points Minimum Point redemption starts at $3 in value.
$49 Order Minimum A minimum eligible order subtotal of $49 is required to redeem points.
Up to $5 Per Order Maximum point redemption per order is $5.
Coupon Stacking Allowed One eligible promotional coupon may be combined with one member point redemption coupon.

Point Earning

Item Rule
Standard Earning Rate Earn 1 point for every eligible $1 spent.
When Points Become Available Points are credited only after an eligible order has been completed or received, according to the final order status used by the rewards system.
Eligible Spend Points are calculated based on the eligible amount actually paid after applicable discounts. Amounts paid using redeemed points do not earn additional points.
Cancelled or Refunded Orders Points earned from cancelled, refunded, returned, or adjusted orders may be reduced, recalculated, or removed.

Point Redemption Rules

Minimum Redemption A minimum of 300 points is required, equal to a minimum redemption value of $3.
Minimum Order Amount A minimum eligible order subtotal of $49 is required to use member point redemption.
Maximum Redemption Per Order Up to $5 in points may be redeemed per order.
Maximum Redemption Per Product Unit Up to $3 in points may be applied per product unit.
Point Redemption Coupons Only one member point redemption coupon may be used per order.

Coupon Combination Rules

Only one promotional coupon may be used per order. If a sitewide promotional coupon is already applied, an additional promotional coupon cannot be combined with it.

One eligible member point redemption coupon may still be combined with that promotional coupon, provided all applicable order minimums, product restrictions, and coupon requirements are met.

Any minimum-spend requirement, product restriction, expiration date, or other condition attached to a promotional coupon remains valid when that coupon is combined with member point redemption.

Bonus Points & Member Benefits

Activity Reward
Create an Account Receive 50 points after creating an eligible customer account.
Eligible Product Review Receive 20 points for an eligible approved product review, subject to the review requirements of the rewards program.
Birthday Reward Add or update your birthday in My Account > Account Details. Eligible members may receive 100 birthday points. In addition, during your birthday month, a special birthday gift may be included with a qualifying order, subject to availability and program terms.
Successful Referral Receive 200 points after the referred customer completes an eligible first order.

Birthday gifts are limited to one per eligible member per birthday month and are available while supplies last.

Birthday information should be added or updated in My Account > Account Details before placing the qualifying birthday-month order.

Point Expiration

Standard reward points are valid for 180 days from the date they are earned. Expired points cannot be redeemed.

Point Sharing

Item Rule
Point Sharing Members may convert eligible points into a shared reward coupon for another person.
Minimum Transfer 300 points.
Maximum Transfer 1,000 points per transfer.
Shared Reward Coupon Validity Shared reward coupons are valid for 30 days from the date they are created.
Conversion Is Final Once points are converted into a shared reward coupon, the conversion cannot be cancelled and the converted points cannot be restored.
Expired or Unused Shared Coupons Expired or unused shared reward coupons do not return the converted points to the sender.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Points earned from an order may be adjusted, reversed, or removed if the order is cancelled, refunded, returned, partially refunded, or otherwise modified.

If points were redeemed on an order that is later refunded or adjusted, the corresponding rewards balance may also be recalculated according to the final order status and the rewards system rules.

Important Program Notes

Some special promotions, clearance items, compensation coupons, selected products, bundles, or specially designated offers may have separate stacking or redemption restrictions. Coupon eligibility, minimum-spend requirements, product restrictions, and final redemption availability are determined at cart and checkout. Rewards program terms, point values, redemption limits, and promotional benefits may be updated from time to time.
