  • If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. We will actively assist you in resolving any issues.
  • Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed, which can take 2–7 working days. Please take order processing time into consideration before placing your order.
  • Shipping issues? Contact us. We process orders during business hours Monday to Friday. Year-end online shopping seasons may cause delays.
  • Address change requests are accepted within 24 hours after placing an order. Requests beyond this window will not be supported for after-sales service.
  • Address changes more than 2 days after placing an order will not be accepted; no after-sales service will be provided.
  • If logistics are delayed due to customs inspection, this is considered force majeure and is outside our 7–14 day shipping time frame.
  • If a second delivery is required due to logistics or recipient-related reasons, the processing time is approximately 7–60 days, depending on local logistics. During redelivery, we do not provide refunds or replacements.

International Shipping

  • We provide standard shipping. The warehouse will choose the proper shipping method based on parcel weight and destination.
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Confirmed orders usually ship within 7 working days. Standard shipping takes 3–7 working days, if no delays occur.
  • Delays may occur due to abnormal weather, emergencies, force majeure, or circumstances beyond Lucky Emma Studio’s control.
  • During peak periods (Halloween, Cyber Monday/Black Friday, Christmas, New Year), allow an extra 3–7 working days for shipping.
  • Cross-border shipping may be delayed due to customs checks or transporter connections. If logistics are not updated within 45 days, we will refund or reship the goods.

Separate Delivery

  • Pre-sale products in your order will ship separately by regular shipping once available, regardless of chosen shipping method.

  • Delivery usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on distance and logistics method. No delivery on Sundays or holidays.
  • US military addresses and Russia may take longer.
  • Due to different international customs processes, Lucky Emma is not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse.
  • Depending on order value, we may require signature upon receipt.

PO Box / Military / Restricted Areas (New)

  • Please confirm that your shipping address is deliverable. Certain address types or regions may have delivery restrictions, including but not limited to PO Box, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, military bases, government-controlled areas, remote areas, islands, or regions inaccessible to local final-mile carriers.
  • These restrictions may result in extended delivery time, failed delivery, return, hold, or self-pickup.
  • Lucky Emma Studio is not responsible for delays, returns, loss, or extra charges caused by restricted addresses or inaccessible local delivery. No refunds, replacements, or compensation will be provided.
  • If an order is undeliverable, we may contact you for an alternative address. Orders not yet shipped may be canceled and refunded if no valid address is provided. Once shipped, address changes or intercepts cannot be guaranteed.
  • Placing an order confirms that the shipping address is accurate, complete, and accessible by local carriers.

  • US outlying islands, Chile, remote or island areas may not be supported.
  • If shipping to your country is unavailable, we will contact you for a refund.

If packaging is damaged during transit but the item itself is unaffected, the buyer assumes any associated loss. The seller bears no responsibility.
