At Lucky Emma Studio, we are committed to providing quality service, which includes the safe delivery of your package.
Please Note:
* If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. We will actively assist you in resolving the issue.
*Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed which can take 2-7 working days. Please take order processing time into consideration before placing your order.
* If you encounter any shipping issues, please contact us. Kindly be aware that we only process orders during our regular business hours from Monday to Friday. Due to the end-of-year online shopping season, there could potentially be delays in the shipping process.
*Address change request is acceptable within 24 hours after placing an order. We do not have after-sales service for overdue address change requests. Sorry for any inconveniences caused to you.
*Address change requests made more than two days after placing the order will not be accepted, and we will not provide any after-sales service for such cases.
*If the logistics time is extended and the delivery date is delayed due to customs inspection, it is considered a force majeure situation and falls outside our 7-14 day shipping time frame!
*If a second delivery is required due to logistics or recipient-related reasons, the processing time is approximately 7-60 days, with variations depending on local logistics conditions. During the redelivery period, we will not provide any refunds or replacements. We do not accept returns or refunds resulting from redeliveries.

International Shipping
We provide standard shipping. The warehouse will choose the proper shipping method based on the parcel weight, destination region of the related order.We process orders between Monday and Friday. Confirmed orders usually process within 7 working days to be shipped out. Standard shipping takes around 3-7 working days, if no delay occurs.Shipping might be delayed due to Abnormal Weather, any emergency of shipment place & delivery destination, and other force majeure factors, or any other circumstances that can not be fully controlled by Lucky Emma Studio.
During peak periods (Halloween, Cyber Monday/Black Friday, Christmas and New Year), please allow up to 3-7 working days for shipping, as we experience a high volume of orders during these times. For the cross-border transportation, there is a certain probability that customs clearance check and transporters connection may require additional time. we will refund and reissue the goods if the logistics is not updated within 45 days after delivery. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Separate Delivery
If you have pre-sold products in your order, the pre-sold products will be sent separately by regular shipping when we have them available, regardless of which shipping method you choose.

Delivery time is 10-20 business days, depending on your distance (no deliveries on Sundays or holidays) and your chosen logistics (if you have the required logistics, contact us at emmaadmin@luckyemma.com). U.S. military addresses and Russia may take longer to receive shipments.
Due to different international customs processes,Luckyemma is not responsible for any packages shipped via this method once they leave our warehouse. We may also choose to use a different shipping method depending on the total value of your order, which will require a signature at the time of receipt.

But U.S. outlying islands, Chile, remote or island areas of these countries may not be supported for shipment.
If we are unable to ship to the your country, we will contact you as soon as possible for a refund.

About the Address
Please fill in your order address carefully and confirm it. Especially the detailed address (house number, suite, P.O. Box, house code, etc.) affects the final delivery by local logistics. We are not responsible for undeliverable or lost items due to an incorrect address.
